What You'll Actually Own

We're launching a new division of our established agency — and you're the technical architect. Four core responsibilities shape the build.

Build From Scratch
Architect GoHighLevel automations, workflows, and snapshots for the new division. You won't inherit someone else's templates for the complex work — you're creating the playbook.
Document Everything
Build detailed SOPs and walk-throughs for every system you touch. If it's not documented, it doesn't scale. You own the "how we do it" library.
Connect the Systems
Wire GHL to everything that touches it — APIs, Zapier, Make.com, webhooks, third-party tools. You make the stack talk to itself without duct tape.
Build to Scale
Design every automation, SOP, and integration with 10x growth in mind. No one-off hacks. Repeatable systems that help the company scale without breaking.

What This Job IS
  • A division-lead role at an established 8-year agency. You're building the foundation of our next chapter, not maintaining someone else's work.

  • Paid in USD every month. $850–$1,050+ USD/month depending on experience and performance.
  • Deep GHL build work: creating automations, workflows, snapshots, SOPs, and integrations from scratch.
  • Real technical ownership. You make the calls, document the decisions, and own the outcome.
  • A team that values daily communication and reliability — people who show up, stay in touch, and deliver.
What This Job Is NOT
  • Not a freelance contract. We want someone dedicated, growing with us long-term — not adding us to their client list.
  • Not for people who want to "just be a number." We need an owner, not a clock-watcher waiting for instructions.
  • Not for order-takers. If you need a ticket queue and a manager breathing down your neck, this isn't it.
  • Not for generalists. You need deep hands-on GHL experience — not someone who dabbles between Shopify and WordPress.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years hands-on building GHL automations, workflows, and custom snapshots from scratch — not just tweaking existing templates.
  • Deep understanding of GHL architecture: pipelines, workflows, custom values, triggers, conditional logic, webhooks.
  • Experience connecting systems — APIs, Zapier, Make.com, webhooks. You make the stack talk to itself.
  • Comfortable writing detailed SOPs and walk-throughs. If you can't document it, it doesn't scale.
  • Ownership mindset. You take charge without being told. You flag problems before they become fires.
  • Reliable and communicative. Daily updates, quick replies, and clear status on what you're working on.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. A new division means there's no playbook yet — you're the one writing it.
  • You can diagnose a broken workflow in minutes. Troubleshooting is second nature.
  • Clear, fluent English — written and verbal. You'll collaborate daily with our team.
  • Available full-time, Canadian EST business hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Fast, reliable internet (50mbps+) with a backup connection and power source.
